A Middlefield man was arrested for the second time in four months last week after police pulled him over on Powder Hill Road.
Roy Andrew Neumann, 52, of 41 Derby Road, was charged with driving under the influence of drugs/alcohol and driving without a license on July 19.
According to police, Neumann was stopped along Powder Hill Road around 7 p.m. and arrested. No other details were provided.
Neumann was arrested in March after police say an argument between Neumann and another man at a Rockfall home escalated into physical violence. Neumann was charged with breach of peace and interfering.
