'Millionaire' Contestant to Answer More Questions

Killingworth resident Jan O'Sullivan will discuss appearance on hit game show tonight at the Killingworth Library

Killingworth resident Jan O’Sullivan will be a guest at the Killingworth Library at 7 p.m. this evening, to discuss and answer questions about her recent appearance on the game show Who Wants To Be A Millionaire?

Jan managed to walk away with $60,600!

The show aired at 10 a.m. on March 3 and March 4, on FOXCT Ch. 61.

Below are the questions (and answers - in bold) Jan encountered during her appearance.

Question #1: Mario Vargas Llosa, the 2010 Nobel Prize winner for literature, once ran for president of what country?
A: Ecuador

(Out of lifelines and unsure of the answer, Jan decided to not take a guess and walk away with her entire Millionaire Bank, which had risen to $60,600.  If she had guessed incorrectly on the $100,000 question, she would have fallen back to $25,000 in winnings.  The correct answer was “C.”)

I'm not liking the new format either...trying hard to get used to it. I feel like I miss a lot asRead More you can't see as many articles at once like before. And I miss seeing the other towns articles at the bottom.

I'm not a fan of the new format either, the old one was much easier to read and find what I wanted.Read More And, for the record, I've always hated any kind of coke and still do.
