Blue Devils led by 18-point effort from Mancinelli.

The Coginchaug Blue Devils came out strong Monday night against fellow Shoreline opponent Old Saybrook with a victory 59-37. The game was filled with fast breaks and tough man-to-man defense.

Coginchaug's Sam Mancinelli, who was also the leading scorer with 18 points, did just that. Audrey Biesak, who scored two three's, and Lauren Esposito were the second leading scorers with 12 points each.

Coginchaug's fast paced offense outhustled Old Saybrook's two-three zone, as Esposito had three, quick, left hand lay-ups back-to-back.
