As your Board of Finance team, our focus is on a financial plan that can meet today’s challenges.
Joel Nick, Dave Lowry and Bob Yamartino are committed to working with the Board of Selectmen to implement a financial plan operating on three solid financial pillars:
• Rainy Day Fund – Grow/Maintain a strong Rainy
Day Fund to enhance the town’s credit rating
• Further strengthen the Capital Plan to a
town-wide multi-year plan
• Exercise strict financial restraint while providing
vital services to all town residents
Robert Yamartino is seeking another term on the board. He has been a resident of Middlefield for many years and lives on Whisper Wind with his wife and family. He is a licensed Chemical Engineer who went on to study finance and is currently employed as a Vice President with Webster Bank. His financial background is a great asset for the Town.

Current Vice Chairman on the Middlefield Board of Finance. BS in Chemical Engineering from Northeastern University and Masters in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute. Worked with Fortune 500 companies providing recommendations for improving profitability. Employed in the financial services industry by Webster Bank as Vice President of the Enterprise Analytic Group.
