Sen. Len Suzio Hosts Town Hall Meeting in Middlefield Tonight

Residents are invited to share thoughts and concerns ahead of the start of this year's legislative session.

 

State Sen. Len Suzio will hold a Town Hall Meeting at the beginning at 6 p.m. tonight.

Sen. Suzio is gathering ideas for the legislative session which begins February 8 and urged taxpayers to come out to speak their minds.

“We are overtaxed, and that's why I am proposing tax relief,” Suzio said.  “I will bring my petitions to cap the state’s hidden gas tax and to eliminate the tax on social security income.  I am happy to talk to you about these or any other issues you are concerned about.  Stop by on Tuesday and say hello.”

Hundreds of people have signed the petitions, which can also be signed online at www.senatorsuzio.com.
