A Middlefield man is facing numerous charges after being pulled over by Middletown Police earlier this week.
Police say Seung Yi, 36, of Bittersweet Ridge, was stopped by officers after he was witnessed driving his Toyota Corolla erratically along East Main Street on June 6.
Yi was wanted to counts of violation of probation. During his arrest, police say Yi admitted that he'd done heroin earlier in the afternoon.
He's charged with possession of narcotics, possession of a controlled substance, violation of probation and failure to appear.
