Police Blotter: April 23-April 30

The following information was supplied by state and local police. It does not indicate a conviction.

Police from Troop F are investigating a burglary that occurred at 181 Jackson Hill Rd. in Middlefield sometime between the hours of 8:45 a.m. and 2:10 p.m. on April 24. The home was locked and there was no damage at any point of entry, so police can't say how the burglar gained entry to the home.

Stolen items include an Apple I-Pad (Serial number DLXH7K2VDKPH, model A1395) valued at $546, a 1 Karat Platinum wedding ring, worth about $4,000, six white gold earrings valued at $1,000 and a vintage woman's charm bracelet worth about $800.

April 27

Onno J. Stoop, 25, of Chestnut Hill Road, Killingworth, was driving on Reservoir Road with a headlight out and license suspended since Sept. 2, 2011. Stoop was charged with operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license.

Dane Tilley, 29, was pulled over during a routine traffic stop while driving west on Rte. 68 in Durham and charged with operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license.
