Durham Man Arrested on Outstanding Warrant

Motor vehicle stop on Main Street leads to arrest.

 

Wednesday, Nov. 16

Drusilla K. Fry, 46, of Parker Hill Road in Killingworth, was arrested and charged
with failure to appear and possession of marijuana.

Marcus Bloom, 36, of New Britain, was arrested and charged with operating a motor vehicle on a suspended license and speeding. Bloom was stopped along Route 66 in Middlefield, according to a report.

Christopher P. Brandimarte, 28, of Tuttle Road, Durham, was a passenger in a motor vehicle stop on Main Street and found with an outstanding warrant. He was charged with second degree failure to appear.

Sunday, Nov. 26

Police were called to an accident on Route 79 in Durham. According to a report, Bryant Phillips, 20, of Middletown, was traveling northbound along Route 79 in the southbound lane when he lost control of a Nissan Versa, struck a sign, slid for approximately 300 feet before the vehicle flipped over and came to rest on its roof. Philips was not injured, according to police. He was issued a written warning for making an illegal turn.

Wednesday, Nov. 29

Christopher Copeland, 21, of Higganum, was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct following a domestic dispute. According to a report, the incident took place on Schnoor Road in Killingworth.
