Pair Arrested for Industrial Park Burglary in Middlefield

Police charge two Middletown men with stealing $11,000 worth of equipment from Connecticut Cable Construction and Maintenance.

Police have arrested two men for their roles in allegedly burglarizing a Middlefield industrial park last spring.

David Shaw of 179 Russell Street, Middletown, and Noble Delbert Albright of 82 East Ridge Road, Middletown, are charged with third degree burglary, third degree criminal trespass and second degree larceny. Shaw also faces a count of second degree criminal mischief. 

According to police, Shaw, 21, and Albright, 31, were captured on video surveillance stealing $11,000 worth of equipment from Connecticut Cable Construction and Maintenance back in May.

Police said pair broke into nine vehicles parked at the business located at 43 Industrial Park Access and stole tools and machinery.
