Middlefield Man Arrested for Smashing Car Window

32-year-old Jason Levesque is charged with criminal mischief and disorderly conduct.

 

State Police arrested a Middlefield man over the weekend after they say he smashed a car window.

Jason Levesque, 32, of 47 Mack Road, was taken into custody shortly after 3 a.m. on Saturday, Sept. 8.

According to a police report, Trooper Robert Lanteri noticed a vehicle parked in the driveway with the driver's window smashed out. The victim, according to the report, said Levesque was angry and smashed the window.

Levesque was charged with third degree criminal mischief and disorderly conduct. He was released on $1,000 bail.
