Attend the First Annual BBQ Cookoff for the Coalition, sponsored by Riverhouse Properties.

Proceeds will be donated to the Healthy Communities-Healthy Kids Coalition, an initiative of Youth & Family Services of Haddam-Killingworth, Inc.

Connecticut restaurants and individuals are invited to participate in the BBQ Cook Off for the Coalition. Restaurants and individuals will be placed into two separate categories and can enter one or all of the categories: Chicken, Pulled Pork, Brisket or Ribs. Prizes will go to the first place winner in each category. Each item will be judged by taste, appearance and presentation. These categories will be judged by a panel of judges as well as a selection of guests will vote on the food. To register and to receive more information, please contact: Kathryn Glendon, Prevention

WHERE: The Riverhouse at Goodspeed Station, 55 Bridge Road, Haddam, CT
