Connecticut restaurants and individuals are invited to participate in the BBQ Cook Off for the Coalition. Restaurants and individuals will be placed into two separate categories and can enter one or all of the categories: Chicken, Pulled Pork, Brisket or Ribs. Prizes will go to the first place winner in each category. Each item will be judged by taste, appearance and presentation.
