Today let's look at the idea of simplicity. I see many rooms that get "over" decorated. Here is a wonderful example of how "less is more". The clean lines and great use of color show off this room to the maximum!
Lets start with the great use of paint. If you remember from previous blogs, paint is an easy way to change and update a room, as well as use drama. You can really see this in the photo. I love the deep rasberry color but you are not overwhelmed by it. The simple black and white stripe drapes are an interesting compliment to the deep color - I love the stripe running sideways! The black table is set off by the simple rug with the black border. WOW!
