Biggest Loser Pro Update @ Core Club & Gym. Biggest Loser Pro - next Challenge begins on April 15 - June 10th

Biggest Loser Pro Challenge  at Core Club & Gym is in its Final week. 
Team Buff, Sheila's team lost 37 lbs/1.5%body weight winning the
weekly team challenge with a total weight loss of 206
lbs in seven weeks!!!
  Blue Strong Team lost 18.80lbs/.70% body weight
last week, with a total weight loss of 173.4 lbs in seven

Congrats to Angela for winning the Pedometer challenge taking 196,683 steps
in one week!  Way to go Angela, keep it up - HAPPY BIRTHDAY ANGELA
from the Core staff!

Last Sunday was our celebration party w healthy eats!  Recipes will be
included in our final week update - stay tuned.

Lino has really embraced the program with the exercise plan and taking his
healthy meal plan to a new level creating many great dishes. He cut back even
more on salt last week and as his body feels stronger his workouts have become
more beneficial.  Like Core Clubon Facebook to get more information
on Lino's meal plans!

Anne lost 2 lbs last week and has worked through her plateau.  She had to
increase her calories as this is a very important part of our program.  It is
about keeping your body active and burning those
cale PAN>rie's both with exercise and keeping your
matabolism active by eating the correct foods often.

I am so proud of all the contestants that have been working so
hard and have stayed committed to the Biggest Loser Pro Challenge
at Core Club & Gym.  You have all succeeded in
changing your lives for today and tomorrow for a healthy you.   We are now into
the final week, keep strong and be proud of yourselves.  Our winner
will receive a Free membership to Core Club & Gym!

Do you want to slim down?
To keep your frame trim, you should eat
foods high in soluble fiber.  They will fill you up with fewer calories,
regulate blood sugar, and move through the digestive track like a sponge,
soaking up and sweeping out toxins and debris.  Try incorporating whole
fiber  in your diet through whole organic grain and fresh organic fruits and
vegetables.  Some favorites whole grains are brown rice and
quinoa.  Also, get more fiber by adding ground flax seeds into your
smoothies, soups or bean dishes.
