Time Out Taverne combines the local charm and simplicity of Durham with sophisticated decor, food and ambiance inside…More a spacious establishment. </p> <p>The restaurant features a Mahogany bar, fireplaces and comfortable dining booths against a decorative backdrop of baseball-themed murals (both the Yankees and the Red Sox are represented) and posters from past Durham Fairs. There is also a large outdoor seating area that is open during warmer seasons.</p> <p>Time Out Taverne serves lunch and dinner, and has children's menus for both meals.  The menu is American fare with occasional Latin and Asian accents. </p>
