Math Madness at Lyman
John Lyman School has a weekly all-school assembly where students come together to celebrate their achievements.
March Madness was transformed into Math Madness at John Lyman School recently when Ms. Anderson’s 1st and 2nd grade class shared at Assembly. The children used the dates of their births to explore different math problems. The final share was a giant equation with calculated the total number of years that all of the children and their teacher have been alive. They were shocked to discover the answer was 184 years!
