The Blue Devils will face the Saints tonight in West Haven for the Class S softball title.
First pitch is at 7 p.m. at Biondi Field.
No. 2 Coginchaug has outscored their opponents 30-2 to make it to the championship game while No. 20 St. Bernard is coming off an impressive 8-0 win over Canton in the semifinal game.
The Blue Devils are led by a senior trio of Lauren Esposito (Shoreline Conference Player of the Year), Mari Handley (Shoreline Conference Pitcher of the Year) and Marissa Puchalski.
The Saints are led by pitcher and cleanup hitter Rivkah Berkman, who has 137 strikeouts in 130 innings this year.
