During our week of asana practice (physical postures) we will experience how the yamas (non-harming, truth, non-stealing, moderation and freedom from greed) and the yamas (purity, contentment, self-discipline, self-study and surrender) enhance and deepen our experience of yoga. We will discuss the many ways these concepts help us to reach our highest potential as we live a life in balance with each other, and the planet.
