HAPPY HOUR BOOT CAMP - This class is a TOTAL BODY WORKOUT that fuses resistance exercises and cardio for an invigorating experience. Exercises include zig zag across different muscle groups and body planes (front, back, sidways and diagonal), ensuring exhaustion by hour's end. Bootcamp is challenging but absolutely doable for all fitness levels because the sequencing rests the most recently worked areas.
