Football season is almost upon us, and Coginchaug High School is looking to turn things around.
The Blue Devils ended the 2012 season 3-7 with wins against Nonnewaug, Lewis Mills and East Hampton. You can see the full list here.
The 2013 regular season kicks off with a home match-up against Sport and Medical Science Academy on Sept. 12. Here is the full regular season (excluding scrimmages), courtesy of the CIAC's website.
- Thursday, Sept. 12: SMSA/University vs. Coginchaug, Home 4:45 p.m.
- Friday, Sept. 29: Valley Regional/Old Lyme vs. Coginchaug, Away, 6:30 p.m.
- Saturday, Oct. 5: Morgan vs. Coginchaug, Home, 1 p.m.
- Saturday, Oct. 12: Lewis Mills vs. Coginchaug, Away, 2 p.m.
- Saturday, Oct. 19: Old Saybrook/Westbrook vs. Coginchaug, Home, 2:30 p.m.
- Saturday, Oct. 26: Hyde Leadership vs. Coginchaug, Home, 1 p.m.
- Saturday, Nov. 2: Housatonic/Wamogo vs. Coginchaug, Away, 2 p.m.
- Saturday, Nov. 9: Granby vs. Coginchaug, Home, 1 p.m.
- Friday, Nov. 15: North Branford vs. Coginchaug, Away, 6:30 p.m.
- Saturday, Nov. 23: Haddam-Killingworth vs. Coginchaug, Home, 1 p.m.
