Update: RSD 13, RSD 17 Schools on 2-Hour Delay Tuesday
Overnight storm causes late start for Killingworth, Durham and Middlefield students.
Due to inclement weather there will be a two-hour delay at all Regional School District 13 and Regional School District 17 schools on Tuesday, Jan. 17.
