Durham and Middlefield students get a day off due to the snow storm.
It's the first snow day of the year for Durham and Middlefield students.
Superintendent Kathy Veronesi announced that Regional School District 13 will be closed Friday, Jan. 3, due to the inclement weather from the snow storm that is hitting Connecticut overnight.
Forecasts are calling for 10 inches with blizzard-like conditions.
