Recap: Coginchaug Girls Basketball Wins First State Title

A recap of Patch's coverage of the Class S finals between the Blue Devils and Capital Prep Trailblazers.

Coginchaug defeated Capital Prep 58-48 on Saturday to win the Class S final. The win at Mohegan Sun Arena earned the Blue Devils the team's first ever state championship in girls basketball.
