Coach Kavanaugh's Season Outlook: We'll be very young. It's a lot of teaching and learning this year, more than I had to do last year. Last year was a lot of tweaking. It was more tactical stuff. I have to teach things I haven't had to teach in three years.

I think they now have an idea that we're a program that is successful. Even a lot of the underclassmen who didn't get to play [last season] were at those games, so I'm hoping those expectations are still there. The freshman come in with a lot of skill, and I think they see that there are openings. I think it will make our practices more competitive.
