A Local Lesson in History
Coginchaug students interview local residents for Oral History Project.
Students at Coginchaug Regional High School recently completed an Oral History Project, as part of their American Studies Interdisciplinary English/History class.
The project required students to interview local residents involved in one of the major conflicts of the 20th Century, or have a connection to the war in Iraq or Afghanistan. In addition, students submitted short articles about their subjects.
