Middlefield officials have scheduled a meeting to review a Letter of Intent to purchase Powder Ridge.
Middlefield selectmen have scheduled a meeting on Wednesday, Feb. 15, to review and possibly move forward with a Letter of Intent (LOI) submitted by Sean Hayes, managing director of , regarding the possible purchase of Powder Ridge ski area.
Town officials have held several meetings with Hayes over the past few weeks as part of the latest effort to sell the town owned property.
