Months after the town's of Middlefield and Durham approved a new interlocal agreement, the Durham Middlefield Interlocal Agreement Advisory Board Task Force has come forward with additional recommendations to the 20-year agreement.

The task force is recommending a policy that would require all commercial vehicles to be weighed at the scale terminal at the Transfer Station. The policy, according to the recommendation, would help the task force and the board identify the non-residential users of the site.

The policy was recently approved by Durham selectmen and Bailey and selectman Dave Burgess approved a motion to support the recommendations as well (Brayshaw absent).
