Killingworth Parks and Rec Wants to Know What You Think

Take a quick survey to help the town improve its park system.

The Killingworth Parks and Recreation Commission wants your opinion.

The commission is working on a 10-year master plan to improve town parks. Members have devised a 10-question survey that allows Killingworth residents to have a say about proposed changes and improvements to their park system. The survey includes space to add additional suggestions.

Here’s your chance to let the town know what you think. Download the survey here, fill it out and drop it off at the Killingworth Town Hall or the Killingworth Library.

You may also mail your completed survey to:

Here is a novel idea: How about we just stop looking for ways to increase our taxes by squandering money?

Or... We could do something that could also bring some revenue into the community via field rentals and extra money into local merchants by being able to host tournaments for many sports - turf, lights at KPR, etc.

I for one think we should do a better job maintaining them. The KRP is a very nice facility but the hand painted lines are embarrasing. Lets learn how to maintain what we have before building more. But i do support facilities for our kids, they deserve it

I like to know which one of our recreational facilities would rate an A+, if an outside group came and rated our facilities?
