Killingworth BOS Rejects Smoking Ban at Parks and Fields
Decision comes after Parks and Recreation Commission approved ban, report says.
Killingworth Selectman Fred Dudek and Richard Cabral both rejected a proposed ban on smoking at town parks and athletic fields during Monday night's Board of Selectman meeting, according to the Middletown Press.
The ban had been approved by the town's Park and Recreation Commission, the report says, but Dudek and Cabral worried about how the town would enforce the ban.
