How To Fact-Check the Vice-Presidential Debate

Websites seek the truth in Thursday's debate between Joe Biden and Paul Ryan.

Sure, the political pundits will say 'This candidate lied,' or 'He's not telling the truth,' but how is one to separate fact from fiction when candidates debate?

The truth is you don't have to go far to get the answer.

The Pulitzer Prize-winning website Politifact provides a scorecard of the debates. You can find their website here. While you're there be sure to check out the candidates' scorecards on Politifact's Truth-O-Meter.

Other fact-checking options are FactCheck.org or The Fact Checker via The Washington Post.

I would suggest to parents to donate a book to the classroom or school library in their child's nameRead More to celebrate the child's birthday, or other significant event, instead of sending in cupcakes or other sweets.
