Tuesday marks the unofficial start of the municipal election process.

Election Day is just 112 days away.

Okay, so there's plenty of time to make a decision, but on November 8, 2011, voters will go to the polls to choose candidates for a number of offices - from First Selectman to the Board of Assessment Appeals.

Starting tonight, local committees will begin formally endorsing candidates.
