A Rockfall man was arrested early Sunday morning after he assaulted another man, according to police.
Andrew Meadows, 22, of 15 Elvira Drive, was charged with second degree assault and breach of peace following the incident on Old Blue Hills Road in Durham.
Police say the assault took place just before midnight, after the two men began arguing. The victim, a 23-year-old man, was not injured.
Police did not provide further details. Meadows was released on $500 bond and is scheduled to appear in court on March 29.
