Police: Middlefield Man Arrested After Threatening to Kill Woman

58-year-old Raymond Miller allegedly hit the victims six times in the head, police say.

 

A Middlefield man was arrested this week after police say he threatened to kill a woman at his home.

Raymond Miller, 58, of 24 Iroquois Road, was charged with threatening and disorderly conduct on Wednesday.

Police were dispatched to Miller's home shortly before 11 p.m., where a 51-year-old woman at the home told police that Miller had threatened to kill her. The woman also told police that Miller struck her in the head six times, according to a report.

The extent of the woman's injuries is unknown. Miller's bond was set at $500.
