Police: Man Refuses to Leave Business, Gets Arrested

Police arrests from Oct. 9 - Oct. 17.

Sunday, Oct. 9

Daryl Distefano, 21, of Quarry Hill Road, Killingworth, was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct after a physical altercation with his girlfriend, according to police. Police say Distefano was at Middlesex Hospital being treated for a bloody nose. He told police after his girlfriend, Jessica Olmo, 38, of Middletown, struck him in the nose, he pulled her from the car, bruising her wrists. Both were arrested.

John N. Spratta, 49, of 50 Parker Hill Road Extension, Killingworth, was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct. Police say Spratta was involed in a physical altercation with a female that resulted in a minor injury.

Saturday, Oct. 15

Nels Berntsen, 38, of 206 Pisgah Road, Durham, was arrested and charged with interfering with an officer. According to police, Bernsten refused to leave an undisclosed establishment on New Haven Road. He was transported to Middlesex Hospital for observation.

Monday, Oct. 17

Kathleen Isaacson, 50, of 172 Main Street, Rockfall and Ralph Isaacson, 41, of unknown address, were both arrested and charged with disorderly conduct after police were called to an altercation involving the pair at the "K" club in Rockfall.
