Police Investigate Daytime Burglary in Durham

Gold and silver coins were stolen from a home on Meeting House Hill Road, police say.

 

State police are investigating a daytime burglary on Meeting House Hill Road in Durham earlier this month.

Police say the burglary happened between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 4 p.m., on Wednesday, April 4.

The homeowner told authorities the burglar got into the home through an unlocked window and stole numerous gold and silver coins, according to a report.
