Driving under the influence, engaging in a police pursuit and disorderly conduct.

 

Sunday, June 3

Kevin Anderson, 47, of Portland, was arrested and charged with driving under the influence, engaging in a police pursuit, reckless driving and traveling too fast for conditions. According to police, Anderson was driving his 2002 Subaru Outback west on Higganum Road in Durham when he lost control, spun and struck a mailbox. Anderson was subsequently arrested.

Tuesday, June 5

Stephanie McCarthy was arrested and charged with criminal damage to property and disorderly conduct. According to a report, police were called to 10 Paper Mill Road, Killingworth, for a disturbance. Following an investigation, police arrested McCarthy for causing criminal damage to a landlord's property.

Friday, June 8 

Matthew J. Forline, 28, of Main Street, Durham, was involved in a car accident at South Main and Ward streets in Middletown. Police say Forline's car rear ended another car. He was charged with operating a motor vehicle without insurance and following too closely.

Saturday, June 9

Heather L. Cihocki, 27, of 86 Cedar Street, Rockfall, was arrested by Rocky Hill Police and charged with driving under the influence of drugs/alcohol and failure to drive in proper lane. According to police, Cihocki was pulled over at approximately 2:23 a.m. near the intersection of West Street and Capital Boulevard.
