Police Blotter: Feb. 4 - Feb. 10

The following arrest information was supplied by local and state police departments. It does not indicate a conviction.

 

Monday, Feb. 4

Sally A. Dougherty, 43, of 207 Main Street, Rockfall, was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct and second degree threatening.

Ivy Maroney, 42, of 207 Main Street, Rockfall, was charged with disorderly conduct and second degree threatening.

Tuesday, Feb. 5

Police responded to a one car accident along Route 157 in Rockfall. According to a report, at approximately 8:28 p.m., Darryl Walker, 48, of Middletown, lost control on a slick roadway due to snow and and struck several trees. Walker was not injured. He was issued an infraction for operating an unregistered motor vehicle and traveling too fast for conditions.

Police responsed to a one car accident on Strickland Road. According to a report, at approximately 9:09 p.m., Edward Laub, 33, of Middlefield, lost control while negotiating a curve in the roadway, struck a bridge structure and rolled over. Laub and a passenger were not injured. Laub was cited for traveling too fast for conditions.
