Police Blotter: December 6-24

The following arrest information was supplied by local and state police departments. It does not indicate a conviction.

 

Thursday, Dec. 6

Andrew Carter, 19, of 37 Chipeway Road, Middlefield, was taken into custody on an arrest warrant and charged with interfering with an officer, making a false statement and hindering prosecution. According to court records, the initial incident occurred Sept. 11.

Monday, Dec. 10

Louis A. Sapia, 52, of 10 Wildwood Circle, Middlefield, was taken into custody on an arrest warrant and charged with disorderly conduct. According to court records, the initial incident occurred Oct. 1.

Saturday, Dec. 22

Giuseppe Caturano, 46, of 389R Wallingford Road, Durham, was arrested and charged with operating motor vehicle under suspension, following too closely and evading responsibility.

Monday, Dec. 24

Patricia S. Desimone, 47, of 37 Gina Drive, Durham, was arrested and charged with second degree forgery.
