Police Blotter: Jan. 24-Feb. 3

The following arrest information was supplied by local and state police departments. It does not indicate a conviction.

 

Thursday, Jan. 24

Justin Henderson, 23, of 22 Lake Road, Middlefield, was arrested by Newington Police and charged with possession of narcotics and possession of narcotics with intent to sell. Henderson was arrested at approximately 4 p.m. at 3000 Berlin Turnpike in Newington. He was released from custody after posting $10,000 bond. Henderson is due in New Britain Superior Court on Feb. 7.

Sunday, Feb. 3

Colin Maroney, 47, of 207 Main Street, Rockfall, was arrested and charged with third degree assault on a disabled person, second degree threatening and disorderly conduct. According to a report, at approximately 3 p.m. state police were called about a disturbance at 207 Main Street. When police arrived they determined that a physical altercation had taken place at the residence and arrested Maroney.
