Christopher Symington, 32, of 65 Saw Mill Road, Durham was arrested and charged with sixth degree larceny.
Monday, Dec. 26
William Motta, 32, of Chittenden Road, Killingworth was arrested by Clinton Police and charged with operating a motor vehicle under the influence of drugs/alcohol and failure to drive at a reasonable distance.
Wednesday, Dec. 28
Jillian Breault, 25, of Ridge Road, Durham, was arrested by Middletown Police and charged with evading resonsibility and operating a motor vehicle without proper insurance. Her license was suspended due to insurance and she had an outstanding warrant dating back to September, according to police.
Thursday, Dec. 29
Michael M. Ruffino, 42, of Cherry Lane, Durham, turned himself in on an outstanding warrant for second degree failure to appear. Ruffino was charged in May with operating a motor vehicle on a suspended license and speeding.
Friday, Dec. 30
Stephen B. Hart, 21, of East Haddam received a written warning for speeding after police say he lost control of a vehicle along Chestnut Hill Road in Killingworth. According to a report, Hart reported swerving to avoid a deer before the vehicle rolled over and came to rest on its wheels. Hart sustained minor injuries.

Lance C. Scofield, 55, of 8 Wildwood Circle, Rockfall, was arrested and charged with operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs, operating an unregistered motor vehicle, improper use of marker, licence or registration and failure to drive right.
Erica N. Mason, 20, of 297 Haddam Quarter Road, Durham, was arrested by Police and charged with operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs, failure to drive right and failure to drive in the proper lane.
