Wilhelmina M. Ludecke, 56, of Sand Hill Road, Durham, was charged with operating an unregistered motor vehicle and improper use of marker plate. According to a report, Ludecke was stopped on South Main Street by Middletown Police for not having a front plate.

Kevin James Coker, of Flagler Beach, Florida, was issued a written warning for following too close. According to a report, Coker was traveling west on Route 68 in Durham when the driver in front of him slowed down to turn onto Pent Road. To avoid hitting the vehicle, Coker drove off the roadway and struck the wire roper guard. No injuries were reported.
