Police Arrest Man After Incident at Cherry Hill Road Home

Richard J. Hart of Meriden was charged with sixth degree larceny and disorderly conduct on Oct. 2 after state police responded to Middlefield home.

 

A Meriden man was arrested earlier this week after State Police were called to a home on Cherry Hill Road in Middlefield.

Richard J. Hart, 38, of 48 Cooke Avenue, was charged with sixth degree larceny and disorderly conduct.

According to a report, police responded to 149 Cherry Hill Road for a report of a suspicious incident shortly after 9 p.m. on Oct. 2.

An investigation led to Hart's arrest although no further details have been released. Hart was released from custody on a $500 bond.

He's due back in court on Nov. 9.
