A Durham man has been arrested for his involvement in a police chase earlier this year, according to a report.
Kenneth T. Rushford, 20, of 57 Indian Lane, was taken into custody on Oct. 21 and charged with engaging in a police pursuit and reckless driving. According to police, Rushford was wanted for an incident in April.
He was arrested after a vehicle driven by Dionna Sergi, 18, of 181 David Road, Durham, was pulled over along Route 147 in Middlefield.
According to court records, Sergi has been charged with operating under the influence. Sergi was also arrested by North Branford Police on drug charges on Oct. 21.
