Police: Middletown Man Arrested for Assaulting Killingworth Woman

Police arrested Victor A. Kromer last weekend for an alleged assault last summer.

 

Friday, Jan. 6

Adam Michaelson, 28, of Guilford, was arrested and charged with operating under the influence of drugs/alcohol. According to a report, Michaelson was stopped during DUI enforcement at approximately 10 p.m. along Route 81 Killingworth and found to be operating an unregistered motor vehicle. Further investigation revealed that Michaelson was in possession of less than four ounces of marijuana

Victor A. Kromer, 40, of Middletown was arrested on an outstanding warrant and charged with second degree assault and second degree breach of peace. According to police, Kromer was wanted for an incident that took place in July in Haddam involving a Killingworth woman. Kromer's bond was set at $25,000 and he's due in court next week.
