Killingworth Police Blotter: May 22 - June 2
The following reports were obtained by Connecticut State Police.
Tuesday, May 22
Nathanial Luther, 18, of 119 Iron Works Road, Killingworth, was traveling west on Iron Works Road in a Subaru Legacy when he approached a curve in the road, left the roadway and struck a tree. Luther was taken to Shoreline Clinic for observation. Police issued Luther a verbal warning for traveling too fast for conditions.

Friday, May 25
Jessica Sammons, 25, of Deep River, was arrested and charged with second degree larceny, criminal trover damage and first degree criminal mischief. According to state police, troopers were called to investigate a report of a stolen truck at Running brook Farm in Killingworth. While investigating, police located an abandoned motor vehicle on Route 80 near Chatfield Hollow State Park. Police were able to trace the vehicle to Sammon's residence where the stolen truck was located. Police say Sammons admitted to stealing the vehicle.

Sunday, May 27
Michael S. Albrecht, 40, of 294 Killingworth Road, Killingworth, was arrested and charged with threatening and breach of peace/ exhibiting or distributing sexually explicit material. According to a report, police were called to the 294 Killingworth Road for a report of domestic violence between a husband and his wife. The husband entered the residence through a window and started to yell at the wife, the report says.
Elizabeth Wilson, 47, of Madison, was attempting to make a left turn onto Route 79 from Route 148 in Killingworth when she lost control of her motorcycle, struck a guardrail and was ejected. Wilson was transported to Yale-New Haven Hospital for treatment of non-lfe threatening injuries. She was issued a verbal warning for speeds to fast for conditions.
