Killingworth Man Arrested Twice in Two Weeks

Police charge him with breach of peace, risk of injury to a minor.

A Killingworth man was arrested twice in the span of 13 days for separate incidents in Haddam, police say.

Scott Panzera, 41, of 47 Ironworks Road, Killingworth, was arrested and charged with breach of peace on Saturday, Aug. 20.

According to police, a Haddam woman called 911 to report that she had been assaulted and Panzera was arrested a short time later. He was later released on a $2,500 bond.

State police arrested Panzera again on Thursday, Sept. 1, on an outstanding warrant. 

According to a report, Panzera was charged with two counts of risk of injury to a minor for an incident involving a 13 and 14-year old a day earlier.

Panzera was released on $50,000 bond.
