Attempted Burglary in Durham Under Investigation

State police say someone tried to pry open a window at a home on Lexington Place South last week.

 

State Police are investigating what appears to be an attempted burglary in Durham last week.

On Jan. 7, police were called to a home on Lexington Place South after a homeowner discovered that someone had attempted to pry open a window at the home.

The discovery was made around 5:30 p.m.

Police said a screwdriver may have been used but that no one was able to gain entry into the home. 

Anyone with information about this incident or any suspicious activity should contact State Police Troop F at 860-399-2100.
