William H. Brown of 110 David Road was arrested last fall but is now wanted for failing to appear in court and violating probation.

Police have issued an arrest warrant for a Durham man.

William H. Brown, 55, whose last known address was 110 David Road, is wanted for failure to appear and violation of probation.

According to court records, Brown was arrested in October 2011 by the Metropolitian Transportation Authority on multiple charges including possession of narcotics, criminal trespassing and operating a motor vehicle under suspension.

Records show Brown posted a $3,500 bond and pleaded not guilty to the charges. Police issued a warrant for his arrest on August 3.

Brown was sentenced to three years probation after pleading guilty to conspiracy to commit larceny in September 2011. He's currently wanted by North Haven Police for violating terms of his probation.
