Arrest Warrants Issued for Durham Man

Thomas Debaise is wanted for failure to appear in three separate cases, according to court records.

 

A Durham man arrested three times last year including for allegedly attempting to steal copper at Powder Ridge is wanted by police, according to court records.

Hartford Police, South Windsor Police and State Police have all issued arrest warrants for 22-year-old Thomas Debaise, whose last known address was 19 Christians Crossing in Durham.

Debaise was last arrested on December 30 by Hartford Police and charged with possession of narcotics, possession of drugs near a school and interfering with police.

Two weeks earlier, on December 17, after police say he tripped an alarm at the Northeast Utilities substation on Strong Road while attempting to steal copper from the facility.
