Not sure selling it off is in the best interest of the town. I am still stumped how we could sell…Read More the ridge for what we did. Was it in our best interest to not have zero debt for the ridge after we sold it? Just saying why not rent the property. That would be a win, win situation the person who wants to use it could and we would still maintain ownership.
