That's assuming that the GOP hasn't already alienated half it's base with underhanded election activity. We've been warning the GOP for the last six months about accepting Ron Paul and the warnings were ignored for the establishment agenda. In the end, you'll have the agenda driven, turn on the television, 15 minutes of news types voting for Romney half-heartedly. While you have the liberty minded, hard core constitutionalists in the Paul camp supporting Ron Paul and actual "principles'. Those standing on principles aren't going to support Romney because he's a liberal running as a Republican. Very little of this has been considered by the main stream GOP, may as well be burning the party to the ground and in the end the people are going to get screwed.

Well since CT's jobless rate has fallen 9% in January 2011 to 7% currently, I think the President and Governor are doing well. Golly, these leaders have done their jobs without 2 cadillacs in 2 houses, on 2 coasts, and no elevators in the toilets or wherever. This guy Romney, he's the one who enjoys firing people. Sounds like another deviant conservative. Romney's hope and change sounds so cool. Romney and firing and Obama and lower jobless rate --- sounds like an uneven playing field. Maybe Romney can ride in one of his elevators for fun.

Allen West (R/tea party) --- one fool doesn't define a race but does define the politicians with whom he associates --- a bunch a lunatics on the right - or maybe those nuts define him. By any definition they are misogynistic racists bent on shooting and killing innocent people. I didn't even think that there were any Republican/Tea Party maniacs remaining in New England, except in New Hampshire, home of moose poop. Mitt Romney is a perfect choice for that group. 2 elevators, lots of firing, and "my dog ate the roof of my car!!"

Roy--misogynistic racists??? Such big words you don't make sense to me who is shooting and killing???Do you even know what the TEA party stands for or the definition is?I'm not a tea party advocate but some of their thinking has merit. It looks to me that your a democrate and for the life of me I can't see why because there are no difference between the parties.I vote for the person thats going to do the job I want him to do.it is called INDEPENDENT.
